Melissa Gronda, President & Founder
A managing owner and breast cancer warrior who loves her team, suppliers and clients. She has a passion for big inspiring ideas, site visits, installations and feeling walls, glass and any type of graphic surface. She is an athlete with balls-to-the-wall effort and keeps a lot of balls in the air but work is a rubber ball and family, faith, friends and health are glass balls- handle accordingly.

Joy is essential to carrying out the behind the scenes functions of Gronda Productions, supporting the team, and focusing on the details of the business side. Her passion is a clean QuickBooks, listening to people, helping people find their purpose, and to be the friend that everyone needs. At Gronda Productions she has done everything from financing plans, project management, patent development to R&D. She fearlessly embraces stretch opportunities thrown her way and inspires us all.

Rick has an all encompassing background with expertise in production services, architecture, fabrication, site surveys, design and overall strategic project planning. He loves his family, challenging projects, making prototypes and hanging out at Airports. Rick helps our visions come to life and is a such a good sport for our crazy requests. He is super dedicated and all Heart!

With a background in Art, Fashion, and Business management, she has the ability to use imagination to generate new ideas and perspective to the team. Our BEST apprentice, student and collegiate lacrosse player who loves to test out all our sports grips, work on product R&D and is a true solutionist. Full energy, full heart and makes us laugh without even trying.

Melissa Gronda is a working mom and has 5 children — yes, 5. She is married to Dr. Rick Gronda, an Assistant Superintendent in Northern NJ.
As a Cover model for NFL Magazine, you might recognize her (you won’t), but she does have a passion for football (specifically, the New York Giants).
She loves to embarrass her children with matching attire and torture them with watching every Star Wars movie ever made.
